Mug Club 2024 FAQ

Key Dates:

-End of Mug Club: All memberships will end on December 31st at 11:59 PM.

What’s Changing?

New Reward Tiers: Mug Club members will transition into one of three tiers based on the amount spent during the rolling calendar year:

-Brew Buddies: Earn 3 points per dollar spent.

-Java Junkies: Earn 4 points per dollar spent.

-Legendary: Earn 5 points per dollar spent.

Earn Points Per Dollar:

-Points are now earned with every dollar spent, not just when uploading funds to a gift card. Points are not earned on merch, bagged coffee, or gift card purchases.

-You can pay with your credit card, cash, or use the “Scan for Rewards” QR code.

Gift Cards:

-Once your gift card balance runs out, there’s no need to reload it for points. 

What Stays the Same?

-All earned points will remain on your account.

-Monthly offers, such as the Mug Club Surprise Free Drink and $5 off a Drink Coupon, will still be available.

What’s Going Away?

Mug Club-specific offers will no longer be available:

-The Free Drink at 250 Points offer.

-The 10% off Retail Coffee discount.

-Mug Club Monday discount.

How to Check Your Status

-Visit the “Rewards” tab in the app to see your current status and tier.
