HOW TO TASTE YOUR COFFEE SAMPLES USING THE CUPPING METHOD

What is cupping?

Cupping is a way to taste, evaluate, and compare the flavor and quality of a given coffee.

How To Cup:

1. Heat 6oz of water per coffee sample to 200 degrees fahrenheit.

2. Place each coffee sample in a cup and pour 6oz of heated water over each. 

3. After 4 minutes, take a spoon and scoop off the grounds, foam, and oil.

4. Sip to taste the coffee.
