2. Paste this code in a text or email to send to friends and family. They will need to add this when they sign up!
3. When your friend or family signs up, they will need to add your code to the "Referral Code" section of the sign up menu.
4. You will see 100 points added in your point history as "Refer-A-Friend Bonus". Your friend gets 100 points for signing up.

Simply click on the "forgot password" option within the app, and an email will be sent to the address linked to your account. Please be aware that for security reasons, this link will expire after one hour. Once you've updated your password, you'll be able to sign back into the app seamlessly.
What happens to my current rewards and money on the old app?
We have transferred points up to a maximum of 2000. All points below this threshold have been successfully transferred to your account as well as your balance and should now be accessible. To access your account on the updated app, you'll need to reset your password via email. What happens to my credit or debit card information? How do I add a credit card to my account?
As a security measure, your debit and credit card details were not included in the transfer process. Please update your credit/debit card information once you have completed the verification of your account.
Here are the steps to add a method of payment:
-From your Home Screen hit the blue SCAN button.
-Then Click the + sign at the top right corner.
-Then enter all your personal credit card information.
-Then Click Submit Payment.
-Now the payment has been successfully added to the account.
How do I get my free birthday drink?
When you sign up for the app, you’ll be asked to enter your birthday. On this special day, you’ll receive a free drink! Just make sure you have the app to redeem your offer, which will be valid for 30 days. For children to claim their free birthday drink, an adult must be present, and children do not need the app to get their drink.
How do I get to the next status tier?
Brew Buddies: 0-399 points*
Java Junkies: 400-2799 points*
Legendary: 2800+ points*
*Status tiers are based on purchased points, not points that are earned from promotional offers such as refer a friend, double reward days, etc…
*Tiers are subject to change at any time. Points expire after one year. Tier status is based on purchased beans in a rolling calendar year spend. Each member's eligibility is calculated every day.
How do I use my points?
Users can redeem their rewards themselves by selecting “Available Offers” on their Scan & Pay or Scan for Rewards
-75 Point Reward: Free add-on (shot, alternative milk, syrup, whip, etc).
-100 Point Reward: Free any size: drip coffee, americano or tea.
-200 Point Reward: $5 off any drink.
-300 Point Reward: Free drink up to $10 or 50% off food item.
You can use one reward per transaction. Using the same reward in another transaction is only available every hour. Rewards & Discounts may have different expiration dates depending on the reward. Expiration date is listed with each reward in your account.
Points are earned on food, beverage and boxed coffee transactions. Points earned through transactions will appear in your point history the next business day. Please note that they do not receive points for merch, bagged coffee, tax, tip, discounts, applicable fees, or gift card purchases.
How do I reset my password?
Follow these steps to change your password:
-On the bottom right hand corner of the home screen, Click MORE.
-Click on Account Settings.
-Underneath the General selection, your will see your first name, last name, email address and then "change password." Click the link.
-Enter your current password followed by entering your new password twice.
Hit Apply.

Do I have to download the app to use and earn points?
You don't have to download the app to earn and utilize points. However, without downloading it, you won't have access to the digital gift card. Instead, you'll receive your funds on a physical card. Additionally, without the app, you won't be able to view your tier status or available rewards.
